too much trouble to use
Even in our beautiful little county politics often get personal and bitter. Good folks hestitate to volunteer for candidacy, which aids the entrenched interests in keeping their power and control. The worst possible scenerio occured in 2006, with Mario getting elected for lack of opposition. I hope many candidates enter the race for commission this fall so the voters will have a real choice: to change the BOCC make-up, or re-affirm that everything is going along just fine.
